Aries Auto bale press (Fully Automatic)

The Aries Bale Press would suit high production of many different materials, Including Plastic Bottles, UBC cans, Paper trim, Cardboard, Polythene sheet, Textiles, Foam scrap Etc.

With it's 60 tons pressure it produces a high density bale of up to 600kg in weight. (300kg>PET, 350kg>Foam, 550kg>Polythene, 450kg>Cardboard. All bale weights are approximate)

Machine is fully automatic wire type with a capacity of up to 8 bales per hour. Unit can be fed by means of an infeed conveyor, Tipping Device of from above Mezzanine / MRF system.

Conveyor feed systems

Shown second in the thumbnail is a Aries Baler with an infeed chain driven conveyor. 1200mm wide with an infloor section for ease of feeding with forklift truck etc.

Fully Automatic

The Aries Bale Press is a fully Automatic machine with Auto wire tying which can be altered to suit the product being baled. i.e. 6 wires for difficult material like plastic bottle of only 3/4 for baling cardboard as shown below.
