Bagnall and Morris located on the Wirral have just took delivery of a custom made T50 Horizontal semi Automatic bale press for one of their clients in Liverpool. Previously 4 cleaners where employed to break up the waste box packaging and manually feed into an open top skip. The baling machine located in the middle of the storage area will handle up to 30 tons of waste box card per week direct into Mill Size bales weighing in the region of 450kg. The machine has been manufactured with facility for feeding from floor level and with an additional hopper from above the upper mezzanine storage can also feed material direct into the baling chamber of the machine.
