Bottle Piercing Machine

The Bottle piercing unit can be used as a stand alone unit of as part of a sorting and Baling Process. The unit can be installed directly above a Baling unit (Horizontal Baler) or installed in a sorting hopper of an MRF
 

The Capacity of the unit is approx. 1 ton per hour, The exact production rate will vary depending on the exact  nature of the bottles.

Motor power of the unit as standard is 3 kw.

Shown last in the thumbnails as part of an infeed conveyor and Baling operation with a T40 Horizontal Bale press, the system is capable of processing up to 1,000 plastic bottles per hour.
