Shredder/Baler Unit - 01/01/2003

The system comprises of an infeed conveyor with feed hopper for the depositing of the paper material. The material is transport up the inclined belt direct into the feed hopper of the shredder unit. The shredder with 22 kw motor drives has a capacity of up to 1 ton per hour of office paper which feeds the shredded paper direct into the feed hopper of a T40 Horizontal Bale press. The Baling machine is a Semi-Automatic Baling machine with four strapping / wire points, The Baling machine produces a bale weight of approx. 400kg which is sold onto paper companies for recycling. The total installation is compact and only requires an area of approx. 5 x 7 metres.
