Aries & Feed Conveyor - 07/08/2006

Recently installed is our Aries fully automatic twin ram baling machine with infeed conveyor as shown. The system is designed and completely manufactured in house in the UK including the tying system. The systems was designed to process film, plastic bottles, card etc. the material is fed up into the machine via the chain driven conveyor, the material falls directly into the feed hopper of the baling unit where the material is compacted and automatically tied off. The baling unit is the smallest of the range with a 70 ton main ram pressure. Densities of the bales lend themselves well for optimising the transport cost where loads of up to 22 tons can be achieved. The bales are also designed to fit economically into sea container for export if required.
