Haylage Baler - 01/01/2003

The newly improved haylage baling system can now process up to 100 bales per hour with each bale weighing 20kg. (total production of up to 2000 kg). The basic system remains the same to process large un-handleable bales of haylage which once opened would go bad within one week into smaller 20kg packs seems to be popular among the Agricultural industry. The system will break the large bale weigh into 20kg approx. and compress under high pressure direct into a plastic bag which once sealed will keep for a long period of time. The haylage in then in an easy to handle package which can be fed to a couple of Animals without the rise of the material going bad.
