Haylage Systems - 01/08/2006

Over the last 12 months we have been busy installing 6 Haylage Systems and are in the process of manufacturing 2 more.

In the last 12 months we have modified the doffer system on the Haylage System to produce more consistent bale weights and to increase production. System comprises of a:- Haylage Bagger, Feed Conveyor, Hydraulic Walking Floor, Breaking System. the system is capable of opening and packaging air tight 20kg packs at a rate of 60/70 bales an hour.
